Late policy
Be considerate. Pink and Ink Salon is a very popular nail Salon. Typically, we are booked to capacity. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted appointment time. We don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.
Cancellation policy
At Pink and Ink Salon, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged an administration fee and we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in.
